Schedule & Assignment Details:

• 12-hour night shifts, every weekend (start at 5:30 p.m.)
• 13-week assignment; start ASAP
• Guaranteed 36 hours/week (except holidays or orientation week)
• Primary work in medical/surgical settings, with float to other departments as needed within a 60-mile radius

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin RN License and current AHA BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 years RN experience
• At least one completed travel nursing contract
• Charting proficiency in EPIC within the last year
• Experience in Med/Surg, COVID care, pre/post Cath & post pacemaker care, TR Bands (required)
• Strong adaptability, resilience, and social skills
• Must be able to manage change confidently and work well in a team
• Black scrubs required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care on a busy medical/surgical unit, including occasional pediatric assignments
• Effectively collaborate with LPNs/CNAs; manage patient ratios of 1:5-6
• Float throughout facility and to nearby facilities within scope as needed
• Flexibility to assist during holidays (as assigned)
