Your experience will include:
- Schedule: 13-week assignment with flexible start dates
- Med Surg patient care with occasional pediatric cases
- Exposure to a variety of workplace practices and leadership styles
Desired qualifications:
- Active Illinois RN license
- Current BLS certification (required)
- ACLS and PALS certifications (preferred)
- Recent nursing background in Medical-Surgical care
- Strong adaptability and communication skills
Primary responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate care to adult and occasional pediatric medical-surgical patients
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and document clinical observations meticulously
