Key Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical Surgical nursing required
- Current BLS certification
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and unit demands
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to a diverse group of patients on a MedSurg unit
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless patient care and excellent outcomes
