Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
- Contract assignment
Desired Experience and Skills:
- Active RN license with med/surg experience (required)
- Oncology background strongly preferred
- Chemo certification and ACLS certification prioritized
- Experience using the Meditech EMR system a plus
- Positive, team-oriented approach is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care to medical-surgical and oncology patients in a 24-bed unit
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:5 to ensure safe and effective care
- Perform standard med/surg procedures and assist with chemotherapy administration if certified
- Complete vital signs at required intervals, including remote telemetry patients
- Document care and communicate effectively using iPhone nursing technology
