Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- Bachelors degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in a medical-surgical oncology unit
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification highly desirable
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and compassion for patients and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care to individuals with cancer diagnoses
- Administer chemotherapy, transfusions, and other specialized oncology treatments
- Monitor and promptly address changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and symptom management
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and electronic medical records
- Adhere to the highest standards in infection control and patient safety
