As a travel RN in this setting, youll play an essential role in coordinated nursing care for oncology patients, many with complex health challenges. The departments innovative team-based approach ensures that patients receive multidisciplinary care in one convenient visit, letting you collaborate directly with a variety of caregivers and specialists. Youll have the chance to supervise and support other nursing staff, exercising professional discretion and deepening your leadership and clinical skills.

Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license with eligibility in California
  • Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (oncology a plus)
  • Experience in medical-surgical or oncology units highly preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate care and supervise support staff
  • BLS certification (additional oncology-specific certifications a plus)
