Desired Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license
- Recent experience in MS Oncology nursing (MS/Oncology or similar acute care background)
- BLS certification (other certifications preferred)
- Strong critical thinking, assessment, and supervisory skills
- Experience coordinating with interdisciplinary teams
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated care to oncology patients according to nursing process and established care standards
- Supervise and guide various levels of nursing staff and ancillary personnel
- Utilize advanced critical thinking and professional judgment to address complex patient needs
