This travel nursing role immerses you in the heart of an innovative, team-based oncology department. Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN license (state-specific or compact, as applicable)
- Minimum 1-2 years of recent MS Oncology nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to supervise and provide direction to nursing staff
- Familiarity with interdisciplinary teamwork in outpatient or hospital-based settings
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care in an oncology setting
- Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
