Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Strong background in medical-surgical oncology
- BLS certification (required)
- ONS/ANCC certification (preferred)
- Experience with acuity-based staffing systems
- Ability to excel in collaborative, fast-paced environments
- Commitment to meeting high professional performance standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients undergoing chemotherapy and supportive treatments
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with oncology providers
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient conditions
- Educate patients and families about treatment and ongoing care
- Adhere to facility policies and performance expectations
