Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid RN license
- Previous experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology nursing strongly preferred
- Compassionate approach to patient care and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical assessment abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- BLS and oncology-specific certifications (preferred)
Schedule:

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients throughout their treatment journey
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients with complex diagnoses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care
- Administer medications, chemotherapy, and monitor patient responses, adhering to all established safety protocols
- Offer education, emotional support, and advocacy to patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and ongoing health management
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare professionals
- Adhere to all regulatory standards for infection control, documentation, and patient safety
