Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and active RN license.
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Medical Surgical Oncology nursing.
• Competency in administering chemotherapy and managing central lines preferred.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong assessment, organizational, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to fast-paced settings.
• Compassionate mindset and exceptional patient advocacy skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate and support patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and care plans.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory protocols.
