Schedule/Hours:
- Nights, 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent acute care oncology experience in a hospital
- Preferred: Chemo/biotherapy certification, step-down experience, compassion for oncology and chronic patients
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, strong teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient care for oncology and hematology cases
- Collaborate closely with charge RNs and fellow nurses
- Participate in lumbar punctures, bone marrow biopsies, and thoracentesis procedures
- Administer IV medications, blood, and electrolyte replacements
- Follow strict safety and handling protocols for hazardous drugs
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
