Schedule:
- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM, providing flexibility and time to explore Denvers amenities.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year acute care oncology experience in hospital setting
- Compassion for oncology and chronic patient populations
Preferred:
- Chemo/biotherapy certification
- Step-down or acute hematology experience
- Quick adaptability and positive, team-oriented attitude
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-acuity nursing care to oncology and hematology patients
- Administer medications, blood, and electrolyte replacements
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care
- Support procedures such as lumbar punctures, bone marrow biopsies (with or without sedation), and thoracentesis
- Follow rigorous safety and handling protocols for hazardous drugs (training provided for exposure protocols)
