Key Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of one year recent experience on a medical-surgical oncology floor
• Proficient with central lines, chemotherapy administration, and symptom management
• BLS certification required; OCN certification preferred
• Excellent communication, assessment, and patient education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

Essential Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, manage side effects, and monitor patient responses
