Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year current experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- BLS certification (additional certifications in oncology nursing preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering patient-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care, monitoring and assessing vital signs, symptoms, and reactions to treatment in oncology populations
- Administer chemotherapy, oral medications, and supportive therapies in accordance with protocols and patient safety guidelines
- Collaborate closely with physicians, oncology specialists, and ancillary staff to coordinate individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families regarding disease, treatment, symptom management, and resources for ongoing support
- Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records, adhering to all hospital and regulatory requirements
- Uphold rigorous standards of patient advocacy and infection control
