Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Monday: 7:00 am start
- Tuesday: 8:00 am start
- Thursday: 7:00 am start
- Friday: 6:30 am start
- No weekends or holidays
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology nursing
- Chemotherapy certification required
- Oncology Nursing Certification not required, but valued
- Proven adaptability in fast-paced, patient-focused environments
- Excellent collaborative and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional oncology and chemotherapy care to diverse patient populations
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and adjust care plans
- Administer chemotherapy safely and accurately, monitor for side effects
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment regimens and wellness strategies
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
