Schedule/Hours:
- Four 10-hour day shifts per week
- Monday: 8:00am start
- Tuesday: 7:00am start
- Wednesday: 7:30am start
- Friday: 6:30am start
- No weekends or holidays
Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in MS Oncology preferred
- Chemotherapy certification required
- Strong communication and critical-thinking abilities
- Compassion and commitment to high-quality patient care
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing care to oncology patients following established protocols
- Administer chemotherapy treatments and monitor side effects
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to devise individualized care plans
- Provide education, support, and advocacy for patients and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in unit quality improvement initiatives
