- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital acute care oncology experience
- Preferred: Chemo and biotherapy certification, step-down experience, and a compassionate approach to chronic oncology patients
Skills & Experience Desired:
- Familiarity with tele monitoring, bladder scanner, Alaris pumps, and Meditech EMR
- Adaptable, quick learner, and strong communicator
- Team-oriented, committed to compassionate care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary nursing care to blood cancer and hematology patients
- Collaborate closely with a supportive team of RNs and leaders
- Handle procedures including lumbar punctures, bone marrow biopsies, thoracentesis, and medication administration
- Support evidence-based quality improvement efforts
