Schedule/Hours

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of one year recent experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology
• BLS and relevant oncology certifications (such as ONS/ONCC) strongly preferred
• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood products, and supportive medications per safe practice guidelines
• Monitor and assess oncology patients pre- and post-treatment to identify side effects and complications
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, pharmacists, case managers, and ancillary staff
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and symptom management
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with health system standards
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and regulatory protocols at all times

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
