Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 PM 7:00 AM (Nights)
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- BLS certification
- Minimum one year of current hospital acute care oncology experience required
- Preferred: Chemo and biotherapy certification, step-down experience, compassionate approach to oncology patient care
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a 34:1 patient ratio in a collaborative setting
- Support administration of medications, blood, and electrolyte replacements
- Perform and assist with procedures such as lumbar punctures, thoracentesis, and bone marrow biopsies
- Actively contribute to primary nursing care and collaborate with a dedicated team
- Adhere to evidence-based guidelines and ensure safe handling of hazardous drugs
