Key Responsibilities:

• Administer safe, accurate chemotherapy and supportive medications
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team in formulating individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient responses, symptoms, and side effects
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families throughout the cancer journey
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols, infection prevention, and hospital safety standards
• Demonstrate expertise in central line care, pain management, and symptom control
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology or acute care settings
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and documentation
• Flexibility to work a contract position and adapt to varied patient needs
