Schedule / Hours:
- 12-hour shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Day shift
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical unit
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, documenting changes and communicating effectively with healthcare teams
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and policies
- Utilize BLS and ACLS certifications to manage patient emergencies and maintain safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
