Registered Nurses in this position are vital in coordinating patient care, exercising clinical judgment, and supporting both patients and families through their healthcare journey.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM)
• Weekend and holiday shifts required
• No on-call or floating expectations

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Nursing or diploma required (Bachelors in Nursing preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse license to practice in Kansas
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
  • (ACLS and PALS certifications may substitute for BLS based on department)
• At least one year of RN experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Commitment to earning ACLS within 6 months for relevant departments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols
• Maintain patient records in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Utilize sound decision-making skills to coordinate patient care based on individual healthcare needs and priorities
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
