This full-time opportunity offers 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with weekend and holiday rotations required. No on-call or floating is needed, ensuring stability for your schedule.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Nursing or nursing diploma required
- Current Kansas RN license and at least 1 year of registered nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification (ACLS and PALS may substitute depending on department)
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing and ACLS certification within 6 months (preferred for specific units; strongly encouraged)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, evidence-based care to patients in an acute care inpatient setting
- Coordinate and prioritize patient treatment, applying strong decision-making and communication skills
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and state/national regulations for patient care and data security
- Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and contribute to ongoing process improvements
