A MedSurg RN position is available for an experienced professional ready to contribute to quality patient care in a supportive environment. This contract opportunity is based in Ochlocknee, GA, offering a 13-week assignment with a possible extension. The role features flexible scheduling options, including 3x12 or 4x12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:00), with every other weekend (EOW) and float responsibilities. Minimal to no return-to-office (RTO) is required, which should be noted in your submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care on the medical-surgical unit.
- Assume charge nurse duties when needed.
- Navigate the Soarian EMR system efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism in the required Royal Blue scrubs (not provided).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years recent medical-surgical nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.
- Previous travel nursing experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to work effectively in charge roles.
- Must live within a 50-mile radius of the assignment location (proof of address required).
- Ability to submit all necessary documentation including references, skills checklist, updated NURSYS, and driver's license.
