Schedule:
- 7:00 am 7:30 pm shifts
- Every third weekend required
- Every other holiday rotation
Qualifications:
- Current RN license (active and in good standing)
- Minimum of one year of experience in Medical/Surgical (RN-MS) nursing
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical settings and EMR systems
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care on a medical-surgical unit, tailoring treatment plans to meet diverse needs
- Monitor patient status, document care, and communicate updates efficiently to multidisciplinary teams
- Prioritize patient safety, comfort, and dignity
- Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and patient families
- Support patient education and discharge planning
