As a travel nurse specializing in Cardiac Renal Unit MS/Tele, youll work night shifts in a facility renowned for cohesive teamwork and strong leadership, with a manager who has over 15 years of experience fostering professional growth. Schedule/Hours
- 13-week assignment
- 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM 7:00 AM)
- 36 guaranteed hours per week (option for 48 upon request)
- Three weekends per six-week schedule; alternating holidays
Qualifications
- Active, current compact RN license
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (attach with application)
- Minimum 2 years of strong Cardiac/Tele experience, including Level II trauma and one prior travel assignment
- Recent proficiency in EPIC charting and ability to pass Tele competency tests
- Advanced skills: telemetry/12-lead EKG, drip initiation/titration, PIV insertion, indwelling drain management, nephrostomy tubes, and strong assessment abilities
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled care to high-acuity Tele/Medical-Surgical cardiac patients
- Float between nearby campuses within skillset as needed (advance notice provided)
- Participate in teaching and occasional precepting
- Demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and excellent teamwork
