Schedule & Hours:

  • 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM 7:00 AM)
  • Rotating weekends (three out of every six-week schedule)
  • Bi-weekly orientation; guaranteed 36 hours per week (option for 48 hours)
  • Floating may occur between nearby campuses with 2-hour notice

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered compact RN license
  • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac/Telemetry experience
  • At least 1 prior travel assignment
  • Recent Epic charting experience (checkoff required)
  • Proficiency in telemetry, 12-lead EKG interpretation, cardiac and stable drip management, PIV insertion, and critical thinking
  • Adaptable, resilient, with strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care to cardiac, renal, and telemetry patients
  • Initiate and titrate cardiac drips and manage complex clinical cases
  • Support colleagues and participate in precepting as needed
  • Adapt to floating requirements; provide consistent, reliable care across settings
