Exposure to patients with high-acuity cardiac and renal conditions will deepen your clinical expertise, particularly with advanced telemetry, drips, and complex patient populations. Schedule/Hours:

• 13-week contract
• Nights: 12-hour shifts (6:30 PM 7 AM)
• 36 hours guaranteed per week (option for 48 upon request)
• Float requirement: Potential for cross-campus within an 811 mile radius, with 2-hour notice
• Three weekends out of every six-week schedule; every other holiday

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current active compact RN license
• Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years strong Cardiac/Telemetry experience
• At least one prior travel assignment
• Level II trauma center experience
• Recent proficiency in EPIC charting (check-off required)
• Tele/12-lead EKG competencymust pass tele tests
• IV, PIV insertions, drip titration, nephrostomy tube management, and related critical care skills
• Strong assessment, organizational, and critical thinking skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality nursing care to high-acuity cardiac renal patients
• Initiate and titrate complex medication drips
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, mentor new staff or students
• Adapt to float assignments per operational needs
• Maintain professional documentation and patient safety
