Schedule:
- 36 hours per week
- 7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
- Every other weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on inpatient holds with varying acuity levels.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the RN-MS setting, managing complex care plans.
- Preferably able to care for patients requiring emergency department expertise.
- Collaborate with medical and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress, document interventions, and adapt care as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical-Surgical environment (MS)
- Competence in handling inpatient holds; ED patient experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
