Professionally, youll contribute in a dynamic inpatient environment, working alongside compassionate healthcare leaders and collaborating with a diverse team. This role broadens your exposure to a variety of workplace practices and patient acuities, including working with inpatient holds and ED patients, thereby enriching your resume and skill set.
Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 AM 7:30 PM shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to Medical-Surgical patients and, when required, inpatient holds and ED admissions
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and interventions
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based care plans
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols
- Ensure clear and compassionate communication with patients and their families
Desired Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) experience
- Experience caring for ED/high acuity patients strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Proficient in electronic health record documentation
