Schedule:
- 7:00 PM 7:30 AM shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Role Highlights:
- Deliver skilled nursing care for Medical-Surgical inpatients, including those on hold status.
- Adapt to variable patient ratios and acuity, demonstrating flexibility and calm under pressure.
- Preferred experience with Emergency Department patients, expanding your cross-specialty expertise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care delivery.
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license.
- Minimum of one year of recent RN experience in Medical-Surgical settings; prior experience with ED patients a plus.
- Proven adaptability to high-acuity and fluctuating patient assignments.
- Current certifications in BLS and ACLS.
- Strong organizational skills and clinical judgment.
