Key Qualifications:
- RN license in good standing
- At least one year of recent Med-Surg (MS) experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to supervise delegated tasks and coordinate care efficiently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and established protocols
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, ensuring quality and safety in all delivered care
