Schedule/Hours
- 12-hour night shifts (5:30 pm start), every weekend
- 36 guaranteed hours per week (except during holiday closures)
- 13-week contract
- Start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive care to Medical/Surgical, COVID, and pre-/post-cath and pacemaker patients (rare pediatric cases)
- Float throughout facility and to partner locations within a 60-mile radius as required
- Maintain a 1:5-6 patient ratio, collaborating with LPNs/CNAs as needed
- Document using EPIC (must have recent experience)
- Adhere to evidence-based practices and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active WI RN license and AHA BLS certification
- Minimum 3 years RN experience, with at least one prior travel assignment
- Proficient with EPIC charting within the last year
- Experience with TR band management and pre/post cath & pacemaker care
- Strong adaptability, resilience, and communication skills
- Must reside at least 50 miles from Neenah, WI
