Requirements:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Tele experience
• Proven knowledge of Med-Surg nursing protocols and patient care
• Demonstrable critical thinking, assessment, and patient advocacy skills
• BLS certification (additional certifications preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, coordinating appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to develop effective care plans
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge protocols
• Adhere to facility, legal, and ethical standards in all aspects of nursing practice

$1,984 - $2,099/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
