Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with current standing
• Recent experience in a Medical-Surgical (MS) unit preferred
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Strong documentation skills to ensure timely and accurate charting
• Capacity to multitask and adapt care plans based on continuous patient evaluation
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Self-motivated to identify learning needs and seek educational opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient care in line with current nursing trends, unit-specific protocols, and best practices
• Complete thorough initial assessments and develop individualized patient care plans in partnership with patients and families

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to facilitate seamless communication among healthcare team members
• Identify and address safety concerns, participating proactively in safety initiatives
