Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver age-specific, direct patient care following the Nursing Process
- Comply with departmental and specialty care standards
- Uphold all State and Federal healthcare laws, regulations, and facility policies
- Assume leadership by delegating tasks to appropriate staff levels
- Provide comprehensive documentation and quality patient advocacy
- Foster a safe environment, utilizing de-escalation skills as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid, unrestricted RN license
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
- Current certification in ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC)courses must be active or booked before assignment start
- Proven skills in leadership and delegation
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and regulatory compliance
