Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice in Wisconsin
• 1+ year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient with electronic health records and charting
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Current BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate and effective care to adult and geriatric patients on a busy Med-Surg unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress
• Coordinate treatments, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and families about health management and care plans
• Support a patient-centered environment by promoting safety and advocating for patient needs

$2,541 - $2,688/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
