Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Proven experience in Medical-Surgical nursing environments
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, aides, and ancillary staff
• Competence in electronic medical record documentation
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care on a med-surg unit, including assessments, medication administration, treatment, and patient education
• Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and report any changes in condition promptly
• Collaborate in developing, implementing, and evaluating patient-centered care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and nursing documentation
• Engage with patients and families to provide compassionate support and clear instructions related to care and recovery
• Adhere to best practices and organizational policies to ensure safety and infection control

$1,888 - $1,997/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
