Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Recent experience in a Med/Surg setting required
• Strong assessment, organizational, and patient education skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a variety of medical and surgical diagnoses
• Administer medications, monitor patient status, and document all nursing interventions accurately
• Coordinate and assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Utilize clinical judgment to ensure efficient care planning and delivery
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, medications, and post-discharge care
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team rounds and care conferences
• Adhere to established protocols and maintain the highest standards of patient safety

$1,888 - $1,997/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
