Schedule:

• 7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required
• Proven med-surg experience
• Ability and willingness to care for Emergency Department patients preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to varying staffing ratios and patient acuity levels

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult inpatient hold patients
• Flex to care for ED patients as needed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, quality patient care
• Promote patient advocacy and effective communication among all care providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies
