Schedule:
- 7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m.
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Qualifications:
- Active RN license required
- Proven med-surg experience
- Ability and willingness to care for Emergency Department patients preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to varying staffing ratios and patient acuity levels
Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult inpatient hold patients
- Flex to care for ED patients as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide safe, quality patient care
- Promote patient advocacy and effective communication among all care providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with facility policies
