This role is ideal for registered nurses ready to broaden their expertise in medical-surgical inpatient care while occasionally caring for emergency department hold patients. Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 am 7:30 pm shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license (current and in good standing)
- Minimum one year of acute care experience (medical-surgical preferred)
- Ability to adapt to both inpatient medical-surgical and ED hold patients
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Experience with patient ratios/acuity management
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, personalized nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Manage patient care for both general inpatient and ED hold assignments as needed
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams

$2,323 - $2,458/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
