This travel assignment also brings unparalleled professional growth by partnering with medical-surgical teams managing inpatient holds. You'll collaborate with a variety of healthcare professionals and gain valuable experience treating patients from both med-surg and emergency backgrounds, vastly expanding your clinical skills and introducing you to a spectrum of workplace practices and leadership styles. Schedule:
- 7:00pm 7:30am (12-hour overnight shifts)
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Proficiency in med-surg inpatient settings required
- Confidence managing inpatient hold ratios and acuity
- Flexibility to provide care for ED patients desirable
- Strong critical thinking and communication abilities
- BLS certification required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive and compassionate care to med-surg and hold patients
- Address dynamic patient needs within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
- Accurately monitor and report on patient conditions
- Maintain thorough, timely medical records
