Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 pm-7:30 am (Nights)
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend rotation
Desired Qualifications:
- Current RN license, eligible in Connecticut
- Previous experience in Med-Surg nursing; ED experience preferred
- Comfortable managing varied patient acuity and inpatient hold scenarios
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Adaptability to dynamic hospital workflows
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med-Surg and admitted ED patients
- Monitor, assess, and document patient progress and interventions
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Respond promptly to changing patient conditions in a fast-paced environment
- Support patient and family education for transitions of care
