Schedule:

• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Every other holiday (EOH) required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical-surgical setting
• Strong background in telemetry, with ability to interpret telemetry readings confidently
• Proficient with EPIC electronic medical record system
• NIH Stroke Scale certified (NIHSS)
• Compliance with strict hand hygiene requirements; no artificial/acrylic nails, nails must be kept short
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and implement patient care plans for diverse med/surg populations
• Monitor, interpret, and document telemetry rhythms and address changes in patient status proactively
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and patients families to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Utilize EPIC for accurate and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes
• Participate in patient education and discharge planning
• Adhere strictly to hospital infection control and safety protocols
