Schedule:
- Every other weekend

Your Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Recent med-surg experience preferred
- Telemetry experience a plus
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to new environments and EHR systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care to a diverse med-surg/telemetry population
- Monitor, assess, and report patient conditions, intervening appropriately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including use of virtual nurse assistance
- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and post-discharge needs
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation
