Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
Professional Growth:
- Intermittent charge nurse responsibilities may be required, offering leadership development
- Training and shadowing provided for those new to charge roles
Key Qualifications:
- Valid RN license
- Minimum of one year of recent Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing experience preferred
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety
- Flexibility to work every other weekend and holiday
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for a diverse patient population in a fast-paced MS environment
- Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized patient care
- Take on charge nurse duties intermittently, after completing training/shadowing
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold highest standards of safety
