Schedule & Requirements:

• Every Other Weekend (EOW) and Every Other Holiday (EOH) rotations required

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, IV therapy, and medication administration skills
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation
• Experience or willingness to participate in intermittent charge nurse duties
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced, patient-centered environments

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, individualized care to diverse patients on a medical-surgical unit
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, physicians, and support staff
• Perform timely assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications
• Develop and update care plans, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices
• Participate in charge nurse duties as assigned, with offered training and shadowing for professional growth
• Educate patients and families regarding health status, medications, and care instructions
