Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- BLS certification (additional credentials as required by position)
- Experience in a medical-surgical unit preferred
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and independent judgment
- Prior supervisory or charge experience highly valued
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
