With every weekend on shift, your weekdays will be free for adventureexplore Wisconsins picturesque parks, local dining, or unwind by the water.
Schedule/Hours:
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- 12-hour night shifts (5:30 p.m. start)
- Every weekend required
- Holidays as needed
Role Highlights:
- Medical/Surgical unit with exposure to COVID cases
- Care for patients pre-/post-cath, post-pacemaker, and TR Bands
- Occasional pediatric care
- Float to departments across multiple facilities (within a 60-mile radius) as needed
- Work with a 1:56 patient ratio, paired with LPN/CNA support based on acuity
- Use Epic charting (recent experience required)
- Black scrubs required
Qualifications:
- Active WI RN license & AHA BLS certification
- At least 3 years of RN experience, including one travel assignment
- Experience with Epic EMR in the past year
- Proven capability in Med/Surg and post-cardiac procedure care (pre/post cath, pacemaker, TR Bands)
- Social, adaptable, hard-working, and resilient
- Prior clinical interview experience required
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the worksite
