Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Proven experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing setting
• Sound critical thinking and decisive judgment under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and maintaining composure in stressful environments
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in documentation
• Ability to coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams
• Familiar with care protocols, patient assessment, and discharge planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in alignment with established policies, procedures, and protocols
• Implement, continuously monitor, and adjust patient care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Accurately document and communicate patient conditions to relevant team members
• Execute physician and nursing orders promptly and precisely
• Serve as the primary care coordinator for assigned patients, ensuring seamless collaboration among all attending disciplines
• Assess patient progress and work collaboratively on personalized discharge planning with the healthcare team
