Immerse yourself in a collaborative environment, boost your rsum by working with adult and geriatric patients with an array of diagnoses such as COPD exacerbation, CHF, pneumonia, trauma injuries, GI bleeds, and more. Schedule/Hours
- 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p or 7p-7a
- Every other weekend rotation
- No on-call
- 75% of holidays required
- Rotating 6-week schedule
- Up to 6 days of pre-approved time off (excluding holidays)
Qualifications / Experience
- Current RN licensure
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg/Tele experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong skills in stroke care, cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, chest tube management, medication drip management
- EPIC EMR experience is a plus
- Flexibility to float within regional facilities as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage care for adults and geriatrics with complex medical conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Interpret telemetry, manage medication drips, and perform advanced nursing procedures
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
