Schedule/Hours:
- 7:00 a.m. 7:30 p.m. shifts
- Every third weekend
- Every other holiday
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- BLS certification required
- Recent experience on a medical-surgical inpatient unit
- Excellent assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, patient-centered care in accordance with established protocols
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and ongoing monitoring of patient status
- Administer medications and treatments, accurately documenting all care
- Effectively address acute changes in patient conditions and implement interventions
- Educate patients and families, ensuring clear understanding of care plans
